BO 4..1 rapid marts

Hi Friends,

Would like to know do we have BO 4.1 rapid marts.As we are above to upgrade BODS 4.0 from BODS 3.2.

And can we have rough estimate the time required to upgrade from (BODS 3.2 to BODS 4.0) along with 11 rapid marts deployment.
